How to find us
If you are struggling to locate the clinic, we are located with the Treatment Centre. Use the entrance to Urgent Care, and take the first door on the left to go upstairs. The clinic waiting room is on the 1st floor.
Appointment information
- For an appointment, please call 0300 124 0102 or book online via Personal Health Record (PHR).
- Appointments are in high demand both online and via our central booking line. If you are unable to secure an appointment online at your first attempt, please try again. More appointments are released daily, and in some cases, weekly (e.g. coil replacements).
- Please attend your appointment alone. This includes no children or babies.
- Appointments are available to book in advance, from 48 hours up to 3 weeks in advance depending on the appointment type.
- Not all appointment types are available to book online (e.g., PrEP).
- If you are coming in to collect medicine, please note there may be a short wait to process your request. To keep your wait to a minimum, please avoid collecting medicine during the following periods: Saturdays, weekday lunchtime, and after 4:30PM.
