IMPORTANT SERVICE USER INFORMATION
We are receiving a high volume of calls and may not be able to answer your call today. Appointments will be booked according to your initial clinical assessment; this means you may not get an appointment on the same day that you call.
We thank you for your patience and ask that you are respectful to our call handlers otherwise your call may have to be terminated.
NHS CORONAVIRUS ADVICE
As a result of the Coronavirus outbreak and national guidance we have had to make some changes to our clinics.
Our Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland sexual health services are now offering a mixture of face-to-face, telephone, video and online services. These services are still appointment-only, with no queue and wait clinics available.
We would also request that you take your own lateral flow test on the day or the day before you attend the clinic. These are widely available and are free of charge. Visit the gov.uk website.
All service users will be asked these questions before an appointment is booked and before being permitted to the clinic
Q: Have you lost the sense of taste or smell or both?
Q: Are you currently experiencing any symptoms of coronavirus (cough, fever, shortness of breath) or feel unwell?
Q: Have you had any COVID-19 symptoms in the last 10 days?

Q: Have you recently returned from a holiday from a destination that is listed as high risk and requires you to isolate?
