IMPORTANT SERVICE USER INFORMATION
Unfortunately due to maintenance, our telephone lines will be down on Saturday 24th July. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. If you need urgent medical advice during this time, please call NHS 111 or visit NHS 111 online.
We are receiving a high volume of calls and may not be able to answer your call today. Appointments will be booked according to your initial clinical assessment; this means you may not get an appointment on the same day that you call.
We thank you for your patience and ask that you are respectful to our call handlers otherwise your call may have to be terminated.
CLINICS AFFECTED BY NHS CORONAVIRUS ADVICE
As a result of the Coronavirus outbreak and national guidance we have had to make some changes to our clinics.
Haymarket Health, Loughborough Health Centre and Oakham clinics are open for booked appointments only - no walk-in patients.
We would also request that you take your own lateral flow test on the day or the day before you attend the clinic. These are widely available and are free of charge. Visit the gov.uk website.
Where we are able to, we are opening some of our other clinics very soon. Please see the 'All Clinics' page on our website for individual clinic information.
