What is it?

The C-Card is a small card (roughly the size of debit card) which offers easy access to condoms and lube in a range of venues, including all Sexual Health Clinics and many schools, further education colleges and pharmacies in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. The C-Card Scheme is a confidential service and where it is available there are trained workers can who also offer information and advice about sexual health and relationships.

How do I use my C-Card?

To register for your C-Card, you will be asked a few simple questions by a trained worker, including your name, age and postcode. This information is confidential to the  Sexual Health Service and will not be passed to anyone else (unless we were concerned about your safety and we would always try and talk to you about this first). Once registered, you can get more condom packs by simply presenting your C-Card at any local venue that offers the service – just look for the logo.

Covid Restrictions

Due to our clinic restrictions we are able to post out condom supplies to C-Card holders who are over 16 and live in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. This is a confidential service and condoms are posted via Royal Mail in a plain envelope.
