Appointment Information

For an appointment, please call 0300 124 0102 or book online via Personal Health Record (PHR).

Booking online

  • All appointment slots will be released on a Friday before 12pm, including implants and coils.
However, a limited number of appointments will released on a daily basis, so if you are unsuccessful on a Friday, please try again another day, or visit a Queue & Wait clinic.
  • All implant and IUD/IUS (coil) appointments must be booked online
  • Not all appointment types are available to book online (e.g., PrEP).

At your appointment

  • Please attend your appointment alone. This includes no children or babies.
  • We have male and female sexual health staff working in our clinic, who carry out intimate examinations and coil procedures. We cannot guarantee whether your clinician will be male or female on the day.
  • If you are coming in to collect medicine, please note there may be a wait to process your request. To keep your wait to a minimum, please avoid collecting medicine during the following periods: Saturdays, weekday lunchtime, and after 4:30PM.

Queue & Wait Clinics

Our walk-in clinics have limited capacity and may close at any time if maximum capacity is reached. Please be aware that there may be a long wait if the clinic is busy. We will ensure you are triaged by a clinician, and an appropriate appointment is arranged if required.

Free Condoms from Clinics

If you are attending a walk-in clinic for free condoms, either to register for a C-Card or to get a renewal pack, please note that there may be a wait for this service. Our walk-in clinics are very busy, and staff will prioritise booking patients into the clinic before dealing with your request.

You can also use your C-Card at pharmacies across the region. Find a venue near you on our Clinic and Service Locator.
