MONKEYPOX INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS
We are now able to vaccinate people at high risk of monkeypox. Due to very limited stocks of the vaccine, we are offering this through routine services based on the risk level of the person, in the same way we offer other vaccines such as hepatitis A and HPV. If we get access to larger supplies of the vaccine we will look to expand availability to more people.
Once our existing stocks run out we are unable to order more until late September 2022 due to a national shortage of Smallpox vaccines.
ONLINE BOOKING SUSPENSION
Due to national NHS guidance in relation to the recent cases of Monkeypox, our online booking system will be suspended until further notice. For an appointment, please call us on 0300 124 0102 where we will triage patients to assess symptoms, before we offer an appointment.
Social distancing guidelines will be in place throughout our clinics and waiting areas. We ask you to please respect this and maintain a 2 metre distance and wear a face mask when attending our clinics.

We are receiving a high volume of calls and may not be able to answer your call right away. We thank you for your patience and ask that you are respectful to our call handlers otherwise your call may have to be terminated.
