You can see us at Haymarket Health, and we also have outreach clinics at LGBTQ+ venues in the city.
LGBTQ+ Outreach Clinics
Our LGBTQ+ outreach clinics offer a friendly, non-judgemental, confidential service with a friendly Specialist Nurse, outside of a clinical setting. Services include:
- A free and confidential full sexual health check
- Screening for chlamydia, gonorrhoea, HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B & C
- Testing performed by a fully trained member of staff from Leicester Sexual Health
- Results will be available within 10-14 days
- Free safer sex products

Vaccinations
Hepatitis A
We offer vaccinations for Hepatitis A for people who are eligible, this includes:
- Gay, bisexual, or other men who have sex with men
- Trans women
- Anyone living with HIV, Hepatitis B or Hepatitis
Hepatitis B
We offer vaccinations for Hepatitis B for people who are eligible. This includes:
- Gay, bisexual, or other men who have sex with men
- Trans women
- Anyone living with HIV or Hepatitis C
- People whose partner has Hepatitis B
- Sex workers and those who have sex with sex workers
HPV
The human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine is available from our sexual health service for gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men (MSM) who are up to and including 45 years of age.
The vaccine helps to prevent HPV infection which can cause genital warts and HPV-associated cancers.
MenB (used for gonorrhoea prevention) and Mpox
We can offer MenB and mpox vaccines in our services for those who are eligible to be vaccinated. Please be aware that our clinics will be vaccinating patients attending clinics as part of their routine care. Specific eligibility criteria must be met for vaccination. The focus for these vaccines is for gay, bisexual, or other men who have sex with men who have multiple sexual partners, attend sex on premises venues, or engage in group sex. We will identify patients attending our clinics who meet the eligibility criteria to be offered the vaccine
DoxyPEP
DoxyPEP is an antibiotic pill taken up to 72 hours after sex that can help prevent STIs like syphilis and chlamydia. Read more about doxyPEP on Terrence Higgins Trust’s website.
We can offer doxyPEP in our services for those at increased risk of syphilis; this includes cisgender gay, bisexual, or other men who have sex with men or transgender women who have multiple sexual partners, attend sex on premises venues, or engage in group sex.
PrEP
PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) is a tablet taken by HIV-negative people before and after sex that reduces the risk of getting HIV.
We offer free PrEP from our main clinic at Haymarket Health, as well as at our LGBTQ+ clinics at Trade:
