CHOICES Clinics
We offer a free, confidential and friendly service at our CHOICES clinic, just for young people.
The service offers:
- Testing and treatment for sexual infections
- Contraceptive pills
- Contraceptive injection
- Contraceptive implant
- Emergency contraceptive pill (morning after pill)
- Free pregnancy testing (for under 18s only)
- Referral for abortion (or to a midwife)
- Free condoms
You do not need a pre-booked appointment for our young people clinics and can walk in for an appointment.
Triage at walk-in clinics: We have a triage system in place at busy walk-in clinics to prioritise patients’ clinical needs. Some patients may be signposted to alternative services.
Clinic Opening Times
Tuesday
- New Parks Youth Centre (18s and under walk-in clinic)
- Leicester College – Abbey Park Campus (Students only and will only run during term time.)
- Belgrave Sure Start Youth Club (25s and under appointment-only clinic)
Wednesday
- Haymarket Health (20s and under walk-in clinic)
C-Card
People aged 13 and over can sign up for a C-Card, for quick and easy access to free condoms.
