Our friendly Sexual Health Team will be at Leicester Pride again this year, which takes place on Saturday 30th August at Abbey Park. Come find us in the Trade Health & Wellbeing tent!
We’re working in partnership with the team at Trade Sexual Health, and have lots planned for the event, from free condoms to a spin the wheel quiz! Find out a little bit more below:
Free condoms and lube
You can sign up for a C-Card or use your existing C-Card to get free condoms and lube. The C-Card is free to sign up for, and is a confidential NHS service.
We’ve even got some colourful rainbow condoms, to add some extra Pride vibes!
Spin the wheel quiz
Test your sexual health knowledge on topics like consent and STIs, by spinning the wheel and answering a sexual health question. We’re adding a Pride twist too with an LGBTQ+ flag quiz, see how many you can get right!
Information and advice
You can ask our team for information and advice about sexual health, PrEP and local services. We can help you sign up for a free STI testing kit online, which is posted in plain packaging. You’ll be able to see what it looks like too, as we will have a display kit there with us, so you know what to expect when it arrives.
Fun and fabulous freebies
If you come over to our tent to talk to us you’ll find some freebies, including sperm keyrings and badges with different LGBTQ+ identities. The theme for this year’s tent is “Be Authentic”, so you can choose to wear a badge showing your identity with Pride at the event!
