Please see the below information about our clinic opening times over the Christmas and New Year period, as well as other important service information for this time.

Clinic and Phone Line Opening Hours

  • Monday 22 December – Open as usual
  • Tuesday 23 December – Open as usual
  • Wednesday 24 December – Close at 4pm
  • Thursday 25 December – Closed
  • Friday 26 December – Closed
  • Saturday 27 December – Closed
  • Sunday 28 December – Closed as usual
  • Monday 29 December – Open as usual
  • Tuesday 30 December – Open as usual
  • Wednesday 31 December – Close at 4pm
  • Thursday 1 January – Closed
  • Friday 2 January – Open as usual
  • Saturday 3 January – Open as usual
  • Sunday 4 January – Closed as usual
  • Monday 5 January – Services resume as normal

 

 

Other Important Information

 

C-Card

There may be a delay in online orders over the Christmas and New Year period. If you need a C-Card more urgently, you can find your nearest registration venue on our Clinic and Service Finder.

 

Diverse Communities and Young People’s Clinics

The following Diverse Communities and Young People’s clinics will be closed throughout December:

  • Abbey Park Campus at Leicester College
  • Beaumont Leys
  • Belgrave Health Centre
  • New Parks Youth Centre
  • St Matthews Health Centre

 

PEPSE

If you need access to post-exposure prophylaxis following sexual exposure while we’re closed, please visit Leicester Royal Infirmary’s Emergency Department.

 

PrEP

Please ensure you have enough PrEP to last over the Christmas and New Year period. If you need an emergency dose to tide you over, this can be accessed from Leicester Royal Infirmary’s Emergency Department.

 

Results

Please be aware that results may take longer than usual over Christmas and into the early New Year, due to the Bank Holidays.
